Article 1 - Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
a) Entrepreneur: HeirloomLondon.com, established in the United Kingdom.
b) Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes related to their commercial, trade, craft, or professional activities.

Article 3 - Applicability
These general conditions apply to every offer from the Entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer.
Article 4 - The Offer
If an offer is of limited duration or if certain conditions apply, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
Article 5 - The Agreement
The agreement comes into effect at the moment the Consumer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer can terminate an agreement regarding the purchase of a product during the cooling-off period of at least 30 days without giving reasons.
Article 7 - Costs in the Event of Withdrawal
If the Consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they will only pay the costs of returning the goods. Any payments already made will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation.
Article 8 - The Price
Prices may fluctuate due to external market conditions. HeirloomLondon.com is not liable for typographical errors and is not obligated to honor incorrect prices.
Article 9 - Conformity and Guarantee
We guarantee that our products/services comply with the agreement, listed specifications, and legal requirements in effect at the time of the agreement.
Article 10 - Delivery and Execution
We will take the utmost care in processing orders and delivering products.
Article 11 - Duration Transactions
Consumers may cancel open-ended agreements for recurring deliveries with proper notice.
Article 12 - Payment
Payment must be made within 14 days after the start of the cooling-off period or agreement confirmation.
Article 13 - Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be reported within 7 days of discovering a defect to: heirloomlondon@gmail.com.
Article 14 - Disputes
These terms are governed by UK law, even if the Consumer resides elsewhere.
Article 15 - SMS Marketing
Consumers can revoke SMS consent as easily as it was given. Proof of consent may be requested.
